Kolva is the principal tourist center. It is full of perfect restaurants and comfortable hotels, intended for people with any budget. It is less touristic than other Indian resorts that’s why it is the best place for nook lovers.
Benalium has fewer tourists than Kolva does and is a quite relaxing place for those who prefer small cozy cafes to noisy bars and big groups of dolphins to guy tourists. It is a center of rural tourism. Benalium village is famed for its furniture and poon manufactures.

A small bay with a sand beach, surrounded by palms is called Bogmalo. The beach is equipped by deck chairs and umbrellas. The waters are safe for swimmers, and the coast is full of cafes and souvenir shops. Bogmalo’s Marine Aviation Museum is the main sight here. Luxurious coconut groves turn the place to the big park.

Mobor is the most beautiful place in Goa. The beach is surrounded by water everywhere. A lot of charming islands, sand dunes, white lilies in the ponds distinguish Mobor from other southern parts of India.

So, if you like tender jasmine fragrance, dream of the Himalayas coolness and beauty, want to relax on a warm white beach and to admire the nature of wet tropics, resorts in South India will become the best place of your vacation. But note that the best vacation season in Goa lasts from the end of October till the beginning of May. This time the climate is paradisiacal: the cloudless blue sky, warm, but not hot, days and calm sea.
